• Overall responsibility for electrical construction management across all project phases.
• Technical inspection and supervision of electrical construction execution (power distribution, switchgear, control systems, cable trays, and ancillary systems).
• Performing target-actual comparisons as well as analysis and evaluation of execution documents, assembly plans, and documentation.
• Construction progress monitoring, deadline tracking, and preparation of construction site reports, progress analyses, and inspection documentation.
• Quality assurance review of electrical engineering services as well as execution and documentation of construction-accompanying quality controls.
• Identification, documentation, and evaluation of defects as well as technical evaluation of execution issues.
• Checking of measurements, performance statements, and electrical billing documents.
• Technical support for commissioning preparations, functional tests, and acceptance processes as well as analysis of interfaces to adjacent disciplines.
• Preparation and handover of technical information and test results, participation in site inspections and project-specific meetings.
• Verification of the implementation of HSE requirements, preparation of the final documentation.

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience as an electrical construction manager in plant construction (power plant construction, chemical industry) or comparable
• Proficient in handling complex processes in a brownfield environment
• High competence in organization, prioritization, and coordination
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills in dealing with suppliers, construction management, and operations
• Pronounced understanding of occupational safety, space management, and transport processes
• Resistant to stress, solution-oriented, and confident in crisis management
• Good German and English language skills
• Training as a switchgear operator is desirable
