• Independent management of fire protection projects on the construction site
• Allocation, leadership, and coordination of own employees, subcontractors, and external service providers
• Ensuring execution in terms of quality, occupational safety, deadlines, and costs
• Review of preliminary work and technical clarification directly on the construction site
• Material and equipment dispatch for ongoing projects
• Preparation of measurements and billing of services rendered
• Participation in external construction and project meetings
• Maintaining the construction logbook
• Identifying and documenting deviations from the planned scope as a basis for change orders

• Completed degree in civil engineering, or alternatively a qualification as a technician (m/f/d) or completed training in a building construction trade with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or site foreman (m/f/d)
• Further training or specialization in passive fire protection
• Experience in drywall construction, industrial insulation, or structural fire protection
• Experience in leading own fitters and in dealing with subcontractors
• Good knowledge of VOB (Verdingungsordnung für Bauleistungen - German Construction Contract Procedures) and proficient use of MS Office
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and confident demeanor
• Driving license class B
