Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

For a family-owned, growing engineering firm, SKILLs is seeking a Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d).

Our client is a nationwide operating engineering firm for consulting and construction management services in the field of commercial and residential construction. The company operates from several locations. The company's focus is on client-side construction management for private clients, project developers, and project controllers. Specifically, this includes service phases 6 – 8 according to HOAI (Tendering, Awarding, and Site Supervision) as well as cost and schedule planning from the initial service phases. Clients benefit from the expertise and the professional, results-oriented collaboration with internal teams and other project participants. In close cooperation with project developers, architects, and contractors, the company constructs buildings in a goal-oriented and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision / construction management in building construction for the execution of construction projects
• Independent coordination of construction projects to ensure quality, costs, and deadlines
• Preparation of tenders as well as the independent preparation and execution of awarding construction services
• Qualified owner representation for the client in all technical matters

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Civil Engineering or Architecture at a University/FH (University of Applied Sciences)
• Proficient in MS Office and common AVA (Tendering, Awarding, Invoicing) software (preferably Orca and / or RIBiTWO)
• Consulting and negotiation skills, assertiveness, strong customer orientation, and a friendly, committed demeanor
• Willingness to perform, reliability, team spirit
