• Independent control and execution of construction projects during the realization phase

• On-site site management and coordination of all executing companies and trades

• Monitoring and control of deadlines, budget, and quality standards

• Enforcement and monitoring of official regulations and requirements

• Ensuring professional and standard-compliant construction execution

• Continuous exchange with project managers, planning offices, and specialists

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a Construction Manager or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, practical experience in a similar position

• Organized, independent, and reliable approach

• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks and the coordination of various project participants

• Motivation for personal contact with all participants on the construction site and in the team

• Proficient use of digital tools and applications in everyday work
