Project Manager (m/w/d) – Large Projects

As Project Manager (m/w/d) in the area of large projects, you are responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of comprehensive construction and safety projects. You coordinate teams, steer external contractors, and ensure that technical solutions are implemented on time, in accordance with norms, and economically.

Your tasks at a glance

• Leadership, organization, and monitoring of large construction and technology projects
• Facilitating leadership and deployment planning for technical teams as well as steering of subcontractors
• Assessment of technical feasibility, resource planning, and material disposition
• Participation in project and building meetings as well as central interface to the customer on site
• Documented deviations/spare points using tools like ES Office, Bluebeam or PlanRadar
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documents (e.g. circuit diagrams, technical drawings, QM documentation)
• Programming, commissioning, and handover of safety-related systems including customer training
• Billing, negotiation, and reporting of additional services to the project leadership
• Participation in planning, measurement, accounting, sales progress (POC) and quality assurance
• Ensuring compliance with all norms, guidelines, as well as EHS and safety regulations
• Carrying out site visits and processing returns (RMA)
• Representation of the company vis-à-vis customers, partners, and internal specialist departments
