To strengthen our team at the Aarau site, we are looking for an electrician/mounter:in or leading electrical supervisor with a 80%-100% workload. Installation and commissioning: Implementation and monitoring of low- and high-voltage installations in new builds and renovations at customer sites in the Mittelland region (Canton Aargau & parts of Canton Solothurn). Planning and coordination: Planning, coordination and supervision of electrical installation projects. Quality control: Conducting quality controls on electrical installations. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for electrical installations. Teamwork: Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Communication: Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. Flexibility: Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Leadership: Leading and guiding a team of electricians/mounters:in. Safety: Ensuring the safety of employees and others on site. Compliance: Complying with relevant regulations and standards.
