• Maintenance and Installation: Execution and supervision of weak- and strong-current installations in new and renovation projects for customers from various industries.
• Team Coordination: Leading installation teams and ensuring timely execution of work.
• Quality Management: Checking the quality of work and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Planning and Organization: Supporting planning of construction workflows and efficient organization of on-site processes.
• Dokumentation: Preparing reports on project progress and documenting installation work.
• Kommunikation: Close cooperation with site managers, architects, and other tradespeople for optimal project development.

• Successful completion of a vocational training program in electrical engineering EFZ
• Multiple years of work experience ideally with leadership responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Outstanding leadership qualities and communication strength.
• Organizational skills and self-reliant working style.
• Safe handling of MS Office and driving license category B.
