Site Coordinator (m/w/d) - Civil Engineering

Tasks

• You are responsible for the technical implementation to completion on the construction site.
• You are in charge of ensuring compliance with laws and regulations on the construction sites, as well as adhering to building plans.
• You coordinate and lead site meetings and take minutes.
• You create and review measurements and ensure the efficient and economical use of building materials and equipment.
• You keep an eye on quality and progress and document your work.
• You steer and coordinate the contracted external companies and check the measurements.
• You support in applying for permits and communicating with authorities.

Qualification

• You are a certified polisher or technician (m/w/d), have a master's degree in civil engineering, or possess equivalent training/studies, e.g., in horticulture and landscape architecture.
• You already have extensive professional experience in civil engineering and road construction or comparable experience in horticulture and landscape architecture.
• You have secure MS Office skills.
• You bring knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN 18300, ZTV, RSA21, VOB).
• You have very good language skills in German and at least a Class B driver's license.
• We expect travel readiness (not on weekends).
