You'll calculate individual projects in high-rise construction, civil engineering, and renovation – all without micromanagement. Tasks

• Independent calculation of complex building projects in renovation, high-rise construction, civil engineering, and turnkey construction
• Analyzing and evaluating tender documents, as well as determining quantities and services
• Identifying technical and economic project risks and developing suitable solutions
• Strategic consulting on project decisions: Which building projects are profitable?
• Working with modern calculation software (e.g. iTWO) – flexible, without clock-watching mentality
• Exchange within the team, professional support for younger colleagues, and active participation in the calculation process
• Full responsibility for your numbers – your decisions count

Qualification

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable technical qualification (e.g. state-certified technician)
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in building calculation or project management
• Comprehensive technical understanding for various construction methods and areas
• Experience with calculation software like iTWO, Excel, and common building programs
• Independent, structured working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to share knowledge
• High sense of responsibility and joy in self-determined work
