Civil Engineer with Project Experience (m/w/d)

nPlan offers high-quality engineering services in the field of gas supply with natural gas, biogas, and hydrogen. Our team consists of over 30 employees at the locations in Celle, Cloppenburg, Westerstede, and Freiburg. Tasks

• You are involved in planning gas technical facilities for natural gas, bio-methane, and hydrogen throughout the federal territory.
• Preliminary preparation of all building permit documents in accordance with the relevant LBO.
• Preparation of construction and execution plans for high-rise and deep foundation projects.
• Preparation of cost calculations and budget plans for high-rise and deep foundation projects.
• Inspection and monitoring of construction execution on-site (nationwide) in terms of static and constructive requirements and control of construction quality and progress.
• Communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Consultation and support of construction managers and other experts on site.
• Organization and implementation of acceptance tests after completion of construction work.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on high-rise and deep foundation construction, structural engineering (Bachelor/Master/Dipl.-Ing.).
• It would be desirable if you are registered with an engineering association and have building permit entitlement.
• You have gained first professional experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of high-rise and deep foundation projects.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and laws (e.g. HOAI, Building Code, DIN standards, Eurocodes).
• Knowledge of structural planning and construction knowledge for high-rise and deep foundation construction (e.g. solid construction, concrete construction, steel construction, geotechnics) is desirable.
• You have experience with common planning software and calculation programs (e.g. AutoCAD, AllPlan, Revit programs, software for structural planning).
• You have very good German language skills (native language) in writing and speaking.
• You have a strong technical understanding and your personal characteristics include teamwork, creativity, and reliability.
• You have a willingness and the readiness to travel nationwide for projects.
• You have a driver's license (at least) of class B.
