Tasks

• Support in the further development and optimization of property projects
• Analysis, preparation and documentation of relevant technical and economic project data
• Participation in planning, coordination and implementation of construction and real estate projects
• Taking over operational tasks in daily project life with increasing responsibility
• Closely working together with internal teams as well as external planners and service providers
• Supporting the implementation of strategic project goals and technical concepts
• Participation in quality assurance, deadline and cost control

Qualification

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field
• Fundamental technical knowledge in planning, construction or project development
• Ideal first-hand practical experience in construction or real estate projects
• Structured, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in project management, real estate development and innovative technical solutions
• Safe handling of technical documents, plans and calculations
• Teamwork ability as well as precise and reliable working style
