Tasks For the next possible position as District Leader or Junior District Leader Upper Construction, we are looking for a civil engineer with experience in planning and executing construction projects, particularly in the field of railway engineering. The tasks include, but are not limited to: - Planning and execution of construction projects in the field of railway engineering - Coordination and supervision of external contractors and internal teams - Development and implementation of construction plans and schedules - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders - Support in the development of new technologies and innovations. Requirements The ideal candidate should have: - A degree in civil engineering or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing construction projects, particularly in the field of railway engineering - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CAD software and other technical tools.
