Civil Engineer (m/w/d)

In the Eigenbetrieb Stadtreinigung Leipzig, Bereich Technik/Bau department, we are looking to fill a part-time position until approximately June 2029 as Civil Engineer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Developing planning concepts for construction, expansion, modernization, and maintenance measures
• Preparing drafts and applications for the approval and consent of authorities and committees
• Facilitating the planning and execution process under consideration of economic, energetic, and ecological requirements
• Steering and coordinating external planning offices, expert assessors, and executing companies
• Participating in preparing tender procedures, including creating tender documents
• Developing the construction schedule as a coordination basis for all parties involved in the building process
• Facilitating the execution of construction projects, including conducting quality control measures, particularly regarding compliance with the execution plan, approval, and scheduling
• Developing medium- and long-term time and financial plans for investment and maintenance measures

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or FH diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Energy Technology, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Multiple years of professional experience in project management with client function and system knowledge of building automation, as well as skills to utilize it
• Knowledge about the rights and obligations of public authorities as clients, extensive knowledge on conducting large-scale construction projects desired
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, decision-making ability, organizational, and communicative skills
• Independent work style, high stress tolerance, willingness to engage, flexibility, and team skills
• Knowledge in applying office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), Dynamics NAV, AutoCAD, Bechmann on the workplace desired
• Class B driver's license and driving readiness
