Tasks

Project Planning

• Technical inspection of installation situations for elevators and home lifts
• Evaluation of floor plans, stairwells, and building conditions
• Coordination with architects, property owners, and technical planners
• Development of technical solutions for complex installation situations

Project Coordination

• Planning and control of construction workflows around lift installations
• Coordination with installers, technicians, and external contractors
• Coordination with electricians, drywallers, steelworkers, etc.
• Scheduling and ensuring a smooth project workflow

Construction Site Management

• Organization and preparation of installations
• Conducting site visits
• Quality control during implementation
• Ensuring workplace safety and technical standards

Interface Management

• Techincal contact person for sales and customers
• Communication with manufacturers and suppliers
• Documented project reports and technical solutions

Qualification

• Studies in the field ofBauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Bautechnik or comparable
• Alternatively: experienced construction management or project management in building
• Experience in renovation / interior renovation / housing / technical building integration
• Structured work style and high self-responsibility
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Very good communication skills with customers and craftsmen

Ideal candidates have experience with:

• Bau coordination in existing buildings
• Techincal installations in buildings
• Stairs, elevators or building technology
