Civil Engineer / Architect (m/w/d) for Modernization and Maintenance Measures

As Civil Engineer or Architect (m/w/d), you will take on real project responsibility in a municipal company that creates affordable housing and develops sustainable neighborhoods. You will work on meaningful projects that shape the cityscape – with a 37-hour week, without overtime, and with long-term perspective.
Tasks
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen im Wohnungsbestand – from analysis to acceptance
- Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter wie Planungsbüros, Bauunternehmen, Behörden und Mietern
- Durchführung von Begehungen, Schadenserfassung und Umsetzung effizienter Reparaturmaßnahmen
- Komplette Projektleitung kleinerer Maßnahmen (z. B. Balkonreparaturen, Brandschäden) inklusive Beauftragung und Qualitätskontrolle
- Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsverantwortung für Deine Projekte
- Einsatz digitaler Tools und mobiler Endgeräte zur Projektbearbeitung und Dokumentation
- Aktive Mitgestaltung durch interdisziplinäre Arbeitsgruppen, Workshops und Fachseminare
- Flexible Arbeitsweise mit mobilem Arbeiten und eigenständiger Projektorganisation nach strukturiertem Onboarding
Qualification
- Completed studies in the field of Civil Engineering or Architecture (Uni or FH)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in construction projects, ideally in building maintenance
- Safe handling of MS Office and openness to modern software solutions in the construction industry
- Very good German language skills (C-Level) in writing and speaking
- Structured, self-employed working style with clear deadline-, cost- and result-oriented approach
- Communication strength in dealing with tenants, partners, and colleagues (m/w/d)
- Flexibility and mobility within the Hamburg city area
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and interest in sustainable building
- Ongoing career without frequent job changes from an advantage
