Civil Engineer as Estimator (m/f/d) for Turnkey Construction

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for processing bids and estimating complex turnkey construction projects in the field of logistics and industrial real estate.
• You will review tender documents, determine quantities and costs, and prepare economical estimates.
• You will coordinate closely with internal specialist departments, external planners, and subcontractors.
• You will develop special proposals and technical alternatives to optimize costs, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• You will solicit and compare bids, actively participate in award negotiations, maintain the calculation database, and support the further development of digital calculation processes.

Profile

• You have completed studies in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in estimating and/or coordinating turnkey construction projects.
• Alternatively, you have experience in site management of turnkey construction projects, ideally in the field of logistics and industrial real estate, and are ready to take on estimating as a new professional challenge.
• You have good IT skills and experience with measurement and estimation software, ideally Bluebeam, RIB iTWO.
• You are well-organized and enjoy working in a team.
