Civil Engineer as Site Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Within a site management team, you will independently manage one of our technically demanding construction projects and report directly to project management
• You will coordinate the foremen and subcontractors deployed on the construction sites
• You will ensure the quality, timely, and cost-effective execution of all work on the construction site
• You will document the processes on the construction site and thus support your project management with all important information for professional construction site controlling

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical qualification
• You already have experience in site management and possess very good knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen - German construction contract procedures)
• Your communication skills enable you to work closely and cooperatively with your colleagues and to successfully lead subcontractors
• You are characterized by excellent organizational skills, an independent work style, and resilience
