As a construction manager at Köster, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects in the civil engineering sector. Your tasks will include: • Project management: You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling construction projects from start to finish. • Site supervision: You'll oversee construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out according to plan and in compliance with safety regulations. • Team leadership: As a construction manager, you'll lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and craftsmen to achieve project goals. • Communication: You'll maintain close relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Problem-solving: You'll identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring that projects stay on track. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
