• Operation of construction machinery such as mini excavators, wheel loaders, or hydraulic excavators (3.5 t to 20 t)
• Mechanical support for our colleagues on rail construction sites
• Maintenance and care of entrusted equipment and machines
• Independent execution of minor repairs and locksmith work

• Completed training as a construction equipment operator, civil engineer/railway construction worker, locksmith, mechatronics technician, or comparable skills
• Enjoy working with construction machinery of various types and sizes
• Preferably qualified as a road-rail excavator operator or interest in corresponding further training
• High level of commitment, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in shifts and at changing work locations
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driver's license class B
