To strengthen our team in Zofingen, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and responsible individual as a Construction Manager / Project Manager in ventilated facade construction, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Construction Manager / Project Manager Facade Construction (w/m)

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent management and supervision of ventilated facade construction projects
• Work preparation, control of construction progress, and creation of schedules
• Preparation of material extracts and ordering of materials
• Quality, cost, and deadline monitoring
• Ongoing measurement and preparation of billing
• Leading and supporting foremen / supervisors and assembly personnel
• Communication with clients, architects, specialist planners, and suppliers

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of master builder, roofer, metal, facade, and/or wood construction
• Professional experience in project management of building envelopes
• IT skills
• Leadership and organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking
• Motivated, team-oriented demeanor, as well as reliability and a responsible, precise working method
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Enjoyment of interacting with people
