• Cocreating instead of managing: Develop smart financing concepts together with us – from individual investments to project financing.
• Eigenverantwortung & Weiterentwicklung: Take responsibility and shape new business areas in the field of financial intermediation actively.

• Flexible work – with clear structure: Two days home office per week possible, the rest of the time you'll be working with the team in our office in Düsseldorf (Blumenstraße 2–4). In part-time, we expect a daily presence at the office.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Counseling demanding customers on all matters of immovable property and capital investments financing
• Development and implementation of individual financing concepts
• Platform-based processing via Europace or ProHyp
• Accompanying complex project financings and large investments
• Collaboration with sales and management on developing new financial strategies
• Participation in further development of our business fields in the area of health real estate and project development

Qualification

Your profile:

• Degree in finance (e.g. bank clerk) or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in real estate financing, ideally in the context of capital investments
• Fundamental platform expertise (Europace or ProHyp is a must)
• Prominent customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and technical understanding
• Good communication skills, initiative, and team fit
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an asset
