Mortgage Financing Expert (m/f/d) for Digital Customer Journey and Existing Business

To strengthen our team at our location in Bad Oldesloe, we are looking for a Home and Financing Expert (m/f/d), specializing in existing business and the digital customer journey.

• You are the first point of contact for our core product, mortgage financing, in existing business and actively guide our customers through the digital customer journey.
• You provide holistic advice to customers and offer suitable solutions along the homeownership journey.
• You will manage and provide structured support for mortgage financing in existing business, e.g., for contract changes, and guide customers safely through the next steps.
• You will work closely with colleagues from stationary mortgage financing business to jointly ensure high service and consulting quality.

• You have successfully completed your further training as a Savings Bank / Bank Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You strategically apply your expertise in private mortgage financing in consulting and confidently utilize your credit skills.
• You accompany customers through the financing process and support them in making informed decisions.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully, and work in a solution-oriented manner, even in challenging situations.
• You confidently use digital consulting tools and actively integrate them into your daily work.
