Tasks

• You will take on comprehensive and needs-oriented consulting in the mortgage financing sector and acquire new customers in active cooperation with the sales departments.
• You will advise, sell, and mediate all products around the property (including insurance, savings plans, personal protection, and old-age provision)
• You will lead customer retention measures, build existing business relationships through active maintenance, and drive the sale of insurance products forward.
• You will decide within the scope of your assigned competencies based on earnings and risk points, process final orders without accompanying full control, and actively work on special actions in your area of responsibility.
• You are self-reliant, flexible, customer-oriented, and motivated by sales skills. You analyze credit risks and support forward-looking management.

Qualification

With your expertise in mortgage financing, you build a strong trust relationship with your customers and advise them comprehensively.

You are used to processing financial wishes and making competent credit decisions.

You possess a solid qualification as a bank or savings bank expert (or equivalent training).

Much more important than formal qualifications is how you interact with people, which is characterized by empathy and reliability.
