Our client from the financial sector is seeking a Real Estate Financing Advisor (m/w/d) with extensive expertise. You can expect exciting tasks and competent colleagues (m/w/d). Tasks

• In your role as Real Estate Financing Advisor (m/w/d), you will advise customers (m/w/d) comprehensively and structured on the topic of residential financing, always in close cooperation with the responsible branch manager (m/w/d) at the branch office, private banking, for corporate clients (m/w/d) or with real estate agents (m/w/d)
• You identify cross-selling potential and use it strategically by integrating the relevant specialists (m/w/d) as needed
• Your task is to strengthen and promote the exchange and cooperation with real estate agents (m/w/d) at the ImmobilienCenter and the corresponding branch office colleagues (m/w/d)
• As Real Estate Financing Advisor (m/w/d), you will actively engage in marketing measures for the ImmobilienCenter

Qualification

• A completed degree in banking or a comparable qualification
• First experience in selling residential financing products
• Knowledge of product knowledge in the residential financing business and knowledge of legal foundations and tax law
• A high level of self-initiative, performance willingness, cooperation, and team skills, as well as at least conversational German language skills
