Justhome is a Berlin-based fintech founded in 2021 that is rethinking construction financing – with AI tools that reduce administrative effort to a minimum. The result for you: more cases, more closings, more commission – in the same working hours.

Through our network of almost 200 brokerage companies, potential buyers and property documents come directly to you – no cold calling treadmill, no document chaos.

We are growing strongly and are looking for advisors who want to help shape this.

Responsibilities

• You advise potential buyers who come to you through our partner brokers – from families financing their first home to investors structuring their third purchase. Qualified potential buyers land directly with you.
• You structure cases with our AI tools, prepare bank submissions, and use our platform with over 700 bank partners to build the optimal financing.
• You are the central point of contact for our partner brokers – you often know their clients, their properties, and their specific needs better than anyone else.
• You contribute ideas: as a sparring partner for brokers, as a feedback provider for our tech team – and as someone whose ideas are actually heard and incorporated into the product. Not in the next annual review, but now.
• With growing experience, you can specialize – in specific financing structures, client types, or broker partnerships. Those with ambition will find room to grow here.

Qualifications

You have experience in construction financing:

• Bank apprenticeship or university degree, permit according to §34i GewO (German Trade Regulation Act) held
• Proficient in using common construction financing platforms (Europace, eHyp, etc.)
• You want an environment where your expertise is scaled – not slowed down by bureaucracy
