At BAUFIPUR, we accompany our customers personally, independently and solution-oriented throughout the entire mortgage process – from the first consultation to the selection of the suitable financing concept until the loan disbursement.

Aufgaben

Counseling and support for our customers

You accompany our customers from the first financial conversation to the loan disbursement. In doing so, you analyze the personal and financial situation, test financing options and develop individual financing concepts.

Creation of suitable financing solutions

You compare various banks, funding opportunities and financing models and work out a suitable solution for each customer.

Accompaniment of the entire mortgage process

You take care of the structured processing of the financing – from the first assessment to the bank inquiry until the contract execution and disbursement.

Cooperation with banks and financial partners

You prepare financing requests professionally, communicate with banks and financial partners and ensure a smooth process.

Care of existing key accounts

Another important part of your job is the care of our existing partners from the real estate industry, especially brokers, builders and other network partners.

BUILDING OUR PARTNER NETWORK

You actively support the establishment of new key accounts and the expansion of our network in the Stuttgart region.

Qualification

Ideal qualifications include:

• Knowledge of the banking, financing or real estate financing sector
• Experience in mortgage lending or real estate financing
• A good understanding of financing processes and bank requirements
• Ideal qualification according to § 34i GewO
• Strong communication skills and pleasure in dealing with customers
• A structured, reliable and self-reliant working style
• A professional appearance towards customers, banks and business partners
• Sales strength and interest in expanding partner networks
• Digital affinity and willingness to work primarily remotely
