Your Tasks

• You will guide our customers from contract signing to the successful commissioning of their heat pump. You actively schedule appointments, maintain contact, manage expectations, and ensure our customers always feel well looked after, both by phone and in writing.

• You will plan, coordinate, and manage the entire installation process. You will keep track of timings, dependencies, and to-dos, ensuring that every construction site is completed cleanly, efficiently, and successfully.

• You will be the central point of contact between customers, internal Enpal teams, and external partners. You will ensure clear communication, quick solutions, and a smooth process, even when multiple parties are involved.

• You will take on real responsibility for your projects. For us, success means not only a "completed construction site" but also satisfied customers. Customer reviews are a key success factor, for you personally and for Enpal.

• You will remain structured, friendly, and solution-oriented, even when things get hectic. You see problems not as obstacles, but as tasks.

• In addition to an attractive fixed salary, you will receive a planned monthly bonus that is achievable and based on completed construction sites and positive customer reviews.

• You possess fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
