Job description
Required Skills & Experience – Core 2–3 years of experience in production support or BAU roles for integration or middleware platforms. Strong incident triage capability including log analysis, error pattern recognition, dependency tracing, and clear stakeholder communication. ITIL-aligned operational mindset covering incident, problem, and change management. Platform / Technical Skills (Desired Mix) MuleSoft operational support: API-led integration monitoring, message replay and retry, identification of root cause and resolution of issues. Experience with Anypoint Platform, Dataweave, and/or other integration platforms is a plus.
