We are looking for a new

Building/Project Leader*in (m/w/d).

Your job responsibilities:

• Carrying out preliminary planning of new construction and major maintenance projects, as well as general modernization projects
• Adjusting the planning with architects and engineering firms
• Cost calculation for building projects
• Monitoring building progress and liquidity
• Creating building time plans
• Creating tender documents (performance schedules, etc.)
• Evaluating bids and creating procurement notes for approval by the board of directors
• Conducting procurement negotiations
• Preliminary preparation of architect and engineer contracts
• Leading building projects (demolition, maintenance, new construction)
• Monitoring contractually fixed completion and handover deadlines
• Quality control of contractor services
• Setting up defects in Planradar
• Conducting partial and final inspections
• Checking invoices (advance and final payments)
• Controlling building costs
• Controlling defect elimination
• Processing warranty claims

Your personal qualifications:

To fill this responsible position, you have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable. After your studies, you have already gained some years of experience as a project or building leader. In addition to your very good technical knowledge, you are characterized by independent, meticulous and structured working methods, organizational skills, caution, discretion and team spirit. The sovereign handling of the MS-Office package (good Excel skills), PlanRadar and ideally experiences with ERP systems like RELion based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV or WOWIPORT (Dr. Klein) complete your profile.
