About the Role
As a BAS Manager, you’ll work closely with the Directors and other senior leaders to deliver proactive client advisory, manage workflow, and support the growth and development of intermediate and senior staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients
- Overseeing compliance work and providing hands-on advisory
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members and an off-shore team
- Supporting Directors with client meetings and strategic planning
- Driving efficiencies and improvements in systems and client delivery
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in NZ BAS in the public practice sector
- CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong client communication skills and commercial acumen
- Leadership capability and a passion for mentoring others
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
