About the Role

• Manage a small team, overseeing workflow, performance, coaching, training, reviewing work and recruitment
• Provide advisory and client-facing support tailored to client needs
• Contribute to the firm’s strategy and direction
• Positively influence the wider team culture
• Network and develop business to enhance the firm’s brand

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in BAS within a New Zealand CA firm
• CA qualified
• Experienced in staff management and reviewing work
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, positive approach
• Local to Pukekohe and eager to contribute to a well-regarded firm
