Job description
Wine Estate & Hotel in the Stellenbosch / Brackenfell area is looking for an Bartender. Duties: Serving of beverages to guests in line with the brand Standards of Excellence. Carrying out assigned tasks effectively and efficiently. Ensuring that the guest and service areas of the lodge are kept clean and tidy at all times. Correct use and maintenance of equipment. Communication with front of house staff and management Requirements: Grade 12 At least 2 years’ experience Experience in a 5* hotel or similar establishment.
