Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, both classic and innovative, according to JAQ standards. * Provide excellent and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. * Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste. * Work efficiently and effectively during peak hours. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless service experience. * Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations. What we are looking for: * Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar. * In-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks. * Positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service. * Relevant certifications (e.g., bar course) are a plus.
