Bartender

Join our team as a Restaurant Barman and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the beverage experience and providing highly efficient and courteous service while participating in daily bar operations.

Main responsibilities

• Assist guests with drink preparation and service at the bar, restaurant, efficiently and promptly.

• Interact with guests to understand their needs, satisfaction with drinks, ensuring consistently attentive and high-quality service.

• Contribute to improving A&B sales revenue by knowing drinks, cocktails, liquors, and other menu elements, special offers, and prices.

• Clean, clear, and reorganize tables as needed.

• Operate, maintain, and clean all bar equipment and accessories properly.

• Ensure the service bar is always well-stocked at all times.

• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using the appropriate food handling skills and HACCP food safety regulations.
