If you wish to be part of our team, we are looking for a Bartender.


Main Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to their needs.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to defined recipes and standards.
  • Ensure accurate, punctual, and consistently high-quality service.
  • Support the Head Bartender in the operational management of the bar.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and correct organization of the bar area and equipment.
  • Collaborate in inventory management and correct product storage.
  • Apply hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures.
  • Work in synergy with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.


Required Skills


  • Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in structured environments or high-level hospitality.
  • Good knowledge of basic mixology techniques and main beverage products.
  • Service orientation and attention to guest experience.
  • Precision, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Operational flexibility and availability for shift work.


Contractual Conditions


  • CCNL Tourism Contract – Full Time, Seasonal.
  • Gross monthly salary starting from €2,140.00.
