Bartender

We are hiring a Bartender to assist with preparing and serving drinks and beverages, producing ingredients and organizing the bar, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations by providing a unique, memorable experience and living Belmond values in all attitudes.

The candidate should have availability to work on a 6x1 schedule in varying hours (Turnante).

• Retrieve and organize products in the warehouse.
• Prepare the service area (“mise en place”).
• Assist the bartender with serving drinks.
• Serve beverages and snacks to customers/hotel guests.
• Poly materials to be used.
• Serve beverages at events.
• Maintain the bar and cup in order.
• Attend to customer requests at bars.
• Support the bartender with serving and receiving customers.
• Support A&B sectors when needed.

Requirements

• Desejável experience in a similar role with service and hospitality background.
• Knowledge of techniques for restaurant services.
• Knowledge of technical skills in spirits and mixology.
• Desejável intermediate/advanced English.
• Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule.
