For our well-known 4* hotel with 50 cozy rooms, the Gourmet Restaurant Guarda Val (16 points Gault Millau) and the rustic Bündner Restaurant Crap Naros, we are looking for you as a team member. Our Guarda Val is the unique Maiensässhotel that spreads over eleven to 300-year-old huts and stables. In the hamlet Sporz, directly above the Lenzerheide at 1600 meters above sea level, it connects us with the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains. As a Barman/Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests in our restaurants. Your tasks will include preparing and serving dishes, managing the restaurant's inventory, and maintaining high-quality standards.
