Job description: The person employed in this position will be responsible for direct customer service at gastronomic points in line with accepted standards of service, to ensure the highest quality and maintenance of positive relationships with customers. Scope of duties: Professional customer service at the bar, attention to the appearance of the bar, knowledge of cocktail preparation, ability to operate an espresso machine, cooperation with other hotel departments.
