Bartender - 2026 Season - Vetera Matera

The resource, under the supervision of the Bar Manager, will be responsible for the operational management of the bar and will contribute decisively to the overall quality of the guest experience.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Preparation and service of drinks, cocktails, spirits, and coffee products, ensuring high quality standards
• Perform table service when necessary, in coordination with the dining room team
• Care for the orderliness, cleanliness, and organization of the bar counter, equipment, and all areas pertaining to the relevant outlet, in order to guarantee an excellent guest experience. Ensure attentive welcome and personalized service, in compliance with Relais & Chateaux operating procedures and standards
• Actively collaborate with all F&B staff and other departments of the facility, in order to ensure a smooth, coherent, and punctual service
• Collaboration in the management of bar-related stock and in the formulation of orders
• Use of cash management systems for sales and payment management
