OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

We are looking for a Barman / Barlady to be inserted in the F&B Department at the Anglo American Hotel Florence Curio Collection by Hilton 5*, located in Florence, starting from May 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ensure a high level of service in terms of speed and efficiency;

Create classic cocktails, including those on our menu or upon request from our guests;

Manage guest requests in a professional, courteous, timely, and effective manner;

Apply sales strategies to maximize revenue;

Work according to the established standards;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in the role for at least 2 years in hotel structures of 4* or 5*;

Excellent knowledge of English and a second foreign language, as well as Italian

Elegant and refined appearance

Professionalism and competence in serving guests

Organizational and managerial skills

Able to work under pressure

Preferrable requirement: having worked at Hilton structures

PERSONALITY AND SKILLS

Natural leadership

Good presence and natural elegance

Knowledge of hotel management techniques
