The offer in the Edelweiss Restaurant includes the following areas:

• Edelweiss Bar

Sounds good? Then we have some tasks for you:

• Ensuring professional service at your station with approx. 8 – 10 tables, or 30 people
• Ensuring mise en place
• Harmoniously directing your Commis de Bar
• Advising guests on cocktails, wine, ingredients, and food
• Fulfilling special requests
• Adherence to the general quality standards of Hotel Edelweiss
• Ensuring correct daily settlements

Qualifications

• Relevant training as a restaurant specialist
• Knowledge of Austrian & international wines (wine list with approx. 300 items, ongoing training and opportunity to taste)
• Knowledge of cocktails, their ingredients & preparation techniques
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of various billing systems – we use Gastronovi
• Active interest in the overall operations of the establishment
• Enthusiasm for innovation and trends
• Charming and convincing demeanor
• Communicative
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
• High personal quality standards
• Willingness to undergo further training
• Reliable, punctual

Salary: €2,200.00 - €2,300.00 net per month (depending on qualifications)
