We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated baristas to join our client's successful team at ADS PONTE NELLE ALPI OVEST. As a Barista Banconista, your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of the coffee line and breakfast: hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, cappuccinos, smoothies, juices, using the latest extraction and decoration techniques. - Preparation of cold table: sandwiches, cuts, and snacks, maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and aesthetics. - Cash register management and transactions, using sales management software. - Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment, respecting food safety and hygiene regulations. - Interaction with customers to ensure a positive experience, resolving any issues and personalizing beverages and foods based on their preferences. - Collaboration with the team to manage inventory and reorders of products and equipment. - Participation in continuous training to maintain knowledge and skills at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have: - Passion for coffee and hot beverages. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Attitude towards problem-solving and creative thinking. - Good time management and ability to work independently. - Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Good teamwork and inventory management skills. - Being self-motivated. The preferred requirements of the ideal barista are: - Possession of HACCP certification for food handlers in current validity.
