Obicà QUALCOSA DI NOI: Obicà Mozzarella Bar is our Italian food project that puts Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP at the center of its gastronomic proposal. The first Obicà was born in Rome in May 2004 and since then we have started expanding not only in major Italian cities, but also beyond national borders: from New York to Tokyo, passing through European capitals like London. ARE YOU THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF: - You have experience as a Barista/Barman/Barlady in organized restaurant settings; - You are available to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays; - You enjoy working with the public and in teams even when they're large; - You are precise, fast, and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for the Coffee Shop and Cocktail Bar sector. We strongly believe in teamwork: only together can we make a difference! WHAT WILL YOU DO? The Barista/Barman/Barlady is the first point of contact for Guests at the counter. You will ensure high-quality service, taking care of preparing all coffee shop drinks, beverages, and cocktails, fully respecting shared guidelines and Obicà recipes. You will be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the Bar area, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are always available. You will manage orders promptly and precisely, collaborating with the Sala and Cucina team to ensure a well-coordinated service.
