The following are your tasks as a Barista: Professional and friendly greeting, care, and farewell of guests
Brewing various coffee specialties
Presentation of our pastry products, patisserie products, and snacks in an inviting and stimulating manner
Familiarity with high-quality professional sieve machines
Sales and consulting of various coffee specialties
Compliance with regulations regarding hygiene, quality, and workplace safety (HACCP)
Development of new creations and sales promotions
You bring the following to your role as a Barista: Professional experience in service, ideally as a Barista
Coffee passion that you would like to share
Service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with guests
Interest in current coffee trends
Sufficient German language skills for better communication within the team
Reliability, punctuality, and a well-groomed appearance round out your profile
