A Barista / Food and Beverage Attendant plays a vital role in shaping every Guest experience across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests' food, beverage, and culinary expectations.

What will I be doing?

As a Barista / Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be prepare and serve high--quality coffee and beverages, while supporting the wider Food and Beverage service throughout the hotel. You responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a timely and professional manner, including supporting bar or cocktail service when required.
• Understanding menu content, including seasonal offerings and promotions.
• Keeping your service area clean, tidy, organized and well-prepared
• Efficiently managing the accurate settlement of all customer accounts
• Answering Guest queries in a polite, helpful, and professional manner.
• Supporting Food and Beverage service in restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
