SOMETHING ABOUT US: Obicà Mozzarella Bar is our Italian restaurant project that puts Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP at the center of its gastronomic proposal. The first Obicà was born in Rome in May 2004 and since then we have started to expand not only in major Italian cities, but also beyond national borders: from New York to Tokyo, passing through European capitals like London.
