Job description
What you will do Greeting customers and escorting them to their tables. Presenting the menu, describing the dishes of the day, and advising on food and beverage choices. Taking orders via company tablet devices. Serving at tables, ensuring correct timing and attention to customer needs. Clearing tables and quickly resetting the mise en place for subsequent shifts. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area, adhering to the establishment's standards. Constant collaboration with the kitchen and bar counter to ensure an efficient workflow. Requirements Previous experience in the role, preferably in establishments with fast-paced environments. Excellent appearance and self-care. Strong interpersonal skills, politeness, patience, and a constant smile. Ability to manage stress during peak service hours. Proficiency with digital order-taking systems (tablets). Basic knowledge of English and competence in serving wines and beverages (preferential). What we offer Fixed-term contract with the prospect of stable employment. Shift work, including weekends and holidays; full-time or evening part-time options available. Remuneration commensurate with experience and in line with the national contract.
