What will you do?
Working behind the bar is a party, especially when it's during festivals, events, and parties! Are you that energetic, customer-focused bartender or barmaid who likes to be in the spotlight and have fun with your team at the coolest events? Then we've got the job for you!
Whether you prefer working in the coziness of a bar at a festival, behind the tap or in the service at a wedding or event, there's always something that fits you! From pouring and tapping to taking responsibility as a bar manager, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and have fun.
With a gross hourly wage between €16.50 and €18.00 (all-in) and a travel expense allowance, you can earn a good income, with the possibility of working when you want. Do you prefer working locally or driving with the Synergy car to an event further away? Everything is possible!

Dancing during work? No problem! You're always up for what's fun.
You'll be working here:
If you join us, you'll end up at the most beautiful festivals and events in and around the regions of Den Bosch, Eindhoven, and Tilburg. Think of large-scale events, cozy parties, and everything in between. And who knows, you might even work at the craziest events like Carnaval or Levenslied!
