Bar Supervisor (m/w)

The Bar Supervisor is within his own responsibility to ensure that all bar staff are properly trained in mixology, cocktail preparation, and customer service. He/she is also responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area. This includes ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, that inventory levels are adequate, and that all necessary supplies are on hand. The Bar Supervisor will be expected to work closely with the Head Bartender and other members of the hotel's beverage team to ensure seamless service during peak periods. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bar sales, inventory, and customer preferences. In addition, the Bar Supervisor will be required to participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in mixology and hospitality. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bartending, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. He/she should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Furthermore, the Bar Supervisor should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
