Job description
With your talent, you prepare a wonderful stay for our guests. Besides taking care of the bar and One Lounge, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring a smooth and fast service flow
- Participation in organizing the bar services as well as setting all necessary standards and workflow plans in consultation with department leadership
- Counseling and active sales of the Motel One Lounge offer to achieve the revenue budget in the One Lounge
- Support in ordering food, drinks, and spirits for the bar area as well as conducting inventory at the end of the month
- Interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration with our multicultural teams
